Founded on the core belief that every human being deserves a peaceful, healthy and dignified life, All Smiles Foundation was founded in 2022 after Covid-19 and is a registered CBO working to eliminate inequality and poverty among marginalized populations.
We recognize women and healthy communities as central catalysts for sustainable development. By providing clean water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) infrastructure alongside female leadership and entrepreneurship training, we enable women to work alongside men to boost household income, improve health outcomes and build food security.
Concurrently, our targeted child support, educational and health initiatives — including HIV/AIDS prevention, stigma reduction and SRHR education — safeguard the rights and futures of young people across the communities we serve.

Enhance household food security, nutrition and income by equipping smallholder farming families with modernized, climate-smart agricultural systems and sustainable farming practices.
Expand access to clean water infrastructure, safe sanitation facilities and community hygiene education to prevent disease and improve living conditions.
Improve community healthcare access, with a strong emphasis on maternal health, family planning and Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) services.
Foster inclusive learning environments and keep vulnerable children in school through foundational learning support, educational materials and life-skills training.
