Female leadership, entrepreneurship and financial literacy training that enables women to work alongside men to boost household income, improve health outcomes and build food security for their families.
Across Uganda, women are the backbone of families and communities — yet they often lack access to education, credit and decision-making power. Our Women Empowerment Programme changes this by providing leadership training, business skills, savings group support and mentorship. Women learn to start and grow small businesses, manage household finances, and advocate for their rights. As women earn and lead, the entire community benefits: children stay in school, nutrition improves, and families become more resilient.
