Programme Overview

Counseling and Guidance Programme (CGP)

Psychosocial support, mentorship and guidance for children, youth and families facing adversity. We build resilience through one-on-one counseling and community support groups.

Mental health and emotional well-being are often overlooked in underserved communities. Our Counseling and Guidance Programme fills that gap by offering safe, confidential spaces where children, youth and families can talk through trauma, grief, stress and life decisions. Trained counselors and community mentors lead individual sessions, family mediations and peer support groups. We also run school-based guidance programmes to help adolescents navigate education, relationships and career choices with confidence.
